Job summary

Ray and Son Heating and Air Conditioning in GA is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to perform on-site service and maintenance for residential and commercial customers.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with pay $30.00–$38.00 per hour, and you will receive a take-home vehicle, Carrier dealer training, and opportunities to earn industry certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience required.
• Must read and interpret wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
• Annual and routine maintenance; consult with customers on repairs and upgrades.

HVAC Service Technicians:

Our Technicians provide on-demand service calls, and maintenance to our customers - homeowners and businesses.

Position:

HVAC Service Technician

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Service and maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
• Annual and routine maintenance
• Consulting with customer on repairs, IAQ accessories, and upgrade options

What We Are Looking For:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2 + years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Advanced customer service skills
• Willingness to acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment. (We will assist with helping you receive this certification)
• Knowledge of airflow, air balancing principles, and techniques
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - desired

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
