Job Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and Repair Systems: Identify issues and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment efficiently.
2. Perform HVAC Maintenance: Conduct service calls in residential settings, ensuring optimal system performance.
3. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC issues.
4. Enhance Skills Through Training: Attend manufacturer training classes to stay updated on industry advancements.
5. Follow Safety Protocols: Participate in safety training and adhere to all company and regulatory safety standards.
6. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage professionally with clients, explain system operations, address inquiries, and offer expert advice.
7. Complete Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including work orders, inspection reports, and service logs.
8. Perform Physical Tasks: Handle equipment and lift at least 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

1. 1-5 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
2. HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
3. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards for HVAC service and repair.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
5. Proficiency with hand and power tools used in HVAC service and repair.
6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
7. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
