Allen Apartments Maintenance Technician Job Description

Allen Apartments (LCOR) is seeking an Experienced Service Technician for our new luxury high-rise apartment building in New Rochelle, New York. The Service Technician will perform maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the community's value.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in community management or maintenance.
2. Ability to lift 25-100 lbs regularly.
3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
4. Availability for after-hours emergency assistance.
5. Willingness to work night/weekend shifts.
6. Ability to work in inclement weather.
7. Report safety hazards or repairs to the Service Manager.
8. Assist with weather-related issues, fires, floods, snow removal, etc.
9. Escort vendors during services in occupied units.
10. Assist office staff with resident notices.
11. Work one weekend day per week.
