Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Repair Systems: Identify issues and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment efficiently.
• Perform HVAC Maintenance: Conduct service calls in residential settings, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC issues.
• Enhance Skills Through Training: Attend manufacturer training classes to stay updated on industry advancements.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Participate in safety training and adhere to all company and regulatory safety standards.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage professionally with clients, explain system operations, address inquiries, and offer expert advice.
• Complete Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including work orders, inspection reports, and service logs.
• Perform Physical Tasks: Handle equipment and lift at least 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards for HVAC service and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in HVAC service and repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
