Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems
• Operate, test, maintain, and repair refrigeration, AC, heating, humidification, boiler systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections
• Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the skilled trade(s) in a commercial or industrial setting
• Ability to communicate effectively (written/oral)
• Knowledge of industry maintenance and repair practices
• Knowledge of safety practices in industry maintenance and repair
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
