Advantage Latta-Whitlow in Lawrence, KS seeks an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. You will run residential service calls, diagnose issues, and present repair or replacement options to customers, ensuring a five-star experience on every visit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Certification, Type II or Universal (required).
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Able to work in attics and crawlspaces; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service calls: no heat, no cool, maintenance, IAQ, and more.
• Diagnose issues accurately and clearly explain solutions to homeowners.
• Present repair and replacement options based on each customer's needs.
• Complete repairs and deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call.
• Keep a clean, organized truck and work area.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed, especially during peak summer and winter seasons.
