Job summary

Climate Control Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Liberty, MO team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, read wiring diagrams, and communicate options clearly to homeowners while delivering a 5-star experience.

You’ll manage your own calls, work with a company that supports ongoing training and certifications, and participate in on-call rotation, with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required, including R22.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, including ductwork layout and installation requirements.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems.
• 1–2 years of in-home HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with a tablet and smartphone, and able to read a map or follow GPS.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Availability for on-call rotation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience at every touch point.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with EPA and local code requirements.
