Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service the Acree way: Positive, Passionate, and Professional
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers about repairs, timelines, and next steps
- Maintain accurate records of time, work completed, and materials used
- Keep your service vehicle organized and stocked for maximum efficiency
- Follow company procedures for purchasing, recycling, and inventory management
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and service offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Solid knowledge of residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance
- An outgoing, energetic personality with a drive to succeed
- Strong sales aptitude and comfort presenting service solutions to homeowners
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Experience & Education
- Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation
- $100,000 – $180,000 annually (commission-based)
