Responsibilities

• Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central AC, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with customers and build trust.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Follow safety protocols and stay updated with industry standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification and valid HVAC technician license are required.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
