The Wooten Company is hiring HVAC Service Technicians in Springfield, MO to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on isplit systems, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, window units, and light commercial rooftop units.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, year‑round work, company-paid uniforms, tool allowance, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement into lead technician, supervisor, or maintenance manager roles, with ongoing training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Reliable Transportation is required.
• EPA Certification (Type II or universal) is required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Electrical, Plumbing, or maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and service split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and gas furnaces.
• Maintain and service light commercial rooftop units.

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on:

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a rotating on-call schedule. Overtime opportunities are available and may be required during emergency situations, peak workload periods, or to meet business needs. We value work-life balance and strive to keep mandatory overtime to a minimum whenever possible.
