Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians in the San Diego area. This role involves diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, presenting options to customers, and performing high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You'll travel for on-site service, utilize a take-home vehicle with gas card, and participate in ongoing training. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $35 to $50 plus commission, with a comprehensive benefits package and career

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers.
• Perform service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment.
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service.
• Complete all required documentation on services, explain guarantees/warranties and collect fees.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
