ARS-Rescue Rooter in Manassas, VA is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential systems. You’ll work with training, professional tools, and a supportive leadership network to do the job right.

This role offers a strong pay package ($75,000–$120,000 yearly) plus commission, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, and comprehensive benefits. Multiple shift options and year-round full-time work provide stability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.
