Job summary

Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric, part of the ARS network, is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Denver-area team. You’ll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, address customer concerns, and complete manuals and warranties while earning based on performance.

We provide a take-home vehicle with gas card, company phone and tablet, solid year-round work, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, training, and fast-track opportunities

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• Weekend availability
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office
• Attend weekly training meetings
