Bradley Mechanical is seeking an experienced residential HVAC service technician. Join Bradley Mechanical as part of Yellowstone Local’s representation to diagnose, repair, and maintain home HVAC systems, ensuring safety and efficiency for customers.
You'll work Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a take-home vehicle, uniforms, comprehensive insurance, a Simple IRA, PTO, and holidays. EPA 608 certification is required; NATE/Journeyman are preferred but not required, and a driver’s license is

Lead with $22–$35/hour, incentives, take-home vehicle, and Monday–Friday schedule
Performance-based incentive program rewarding productivity and quality workmanship
Opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, with eligible technicians potentially earning $4,000 or more annually and top performers earning up to $18,000 based on performance

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and equipment inspections
Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini-split systems, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical, and system performance issues
Complete repairs safely and efficiently while following manufacturer specifications and company procedures
Test system performance and evaluate equipment operation
Explain repair recommendations and maintenance findings clearly to homeowners
Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service during every visit
Manage service calls independently while communicating effectively with dispatch and team members
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
EPA 608 Certification required
NATE Certification preferred but not required
Journeyman License preferred but not required
Residential HVAC maintenance, tune-up, and system inspection experience preferred
Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, components, and operation
Ability to perform HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair procedures
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain HVAC maintenance findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license that meets applicable company driving requirements
Ability to safely perform the essential duties of residential HVAC service work, with or without reasonable accommodation
