Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
- EPA Certification with strong understanding of superheat and subcooling principles.
- Skilled in diagnosing system issues and making informed repair vs. replacement decisions.
- Ability and willingness to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment.
- Working knowledge of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Annual and routine maintenance.
- Providing expert customer service and consulting on repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
