Job summary

Any Hour Services is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician in the St. George area of Vermont to diagnose, repair, and maintain home HVAC systems for customers. You will clearly communicate repair options, educate homeowners on upgrades and IAQ products, and deliver five-star service on every call.

We offer weekly pay with bonuses and a strong benefits package, with EPA certification preferred and a valid driver's license required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• A strong communicator who can explain technical information to homeowners.
• Able to work independently and manage a service schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems.
• Conduct safety inspections and performance testing on heating and cooling equipment.
• Check for carbon monoxide issues, natural gas leaks, and other potential safety concerns.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system conditions, repair recommendations, and maintenance needs.
• Educate customers on repair options, system upgrades, indoor air quality products, and replacement opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
• Collect payments and complete service documentation accurately.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and company equipment.
• Work closely with dispatch and management to ensure a five-star customer experience.
