Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medium to large commercial HVAC systems and controls, with a focus on reliability, safety, and customer service. Journeyman license preferred; OSHA knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems and associated controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and servicing skills for medium to large HVAC equipment.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge beneficial.

A Day In The Life

• Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You Should Have

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
