Cii Service in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our local service team. The role focuses on servicing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment with a strong emphasis on customer communication and reliability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• Master or journeyman license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience servicing HVAC equipment.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Valid driving license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs, rooftops, and split systems.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Test pipes, joints, leaks, and electrical circuits for continuity.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team.
• Apply knowledge of HVAC principles in daily tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity
• Constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office
• Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment

Qualifications and preferred experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred
• Master or journeymen license strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Valid driving license and clean driving record, required
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings during employment
• Ability to pass a background check
