Job summary

D&L LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial facilities across Arkansas and the Southeast. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and keep systems running reliably.

The role requires at least 3 years of HVAC service experience, hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and an EPA Universal License. Company truck and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC safety standards.
• Ability to work with plant maintenance teams on service calls.
• EPA Universal License.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play an important role in supporting customers' day-to-day operations by keeping commercial and industrial HVAC equipment running reliably. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and brings a responsive, service-oriented approach to field work.
