D&L LLC in the Southeast region is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to keep commercial and industrial systems running reliably. This hands-on role rewards problem solving, quality workmanship, and a responsive field service approach.

You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on RTUs and large-scale mechanical systems, collaborating with plant maintenance teams while upholding safety standards. Some travel to Jackson MS and Decatur AL may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls.
• EPA Universal License.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play an important role in supporting customers' day-to-day operations by keeping commercial and industrial HVAC equipment running reliably. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and brings a responsive, service‑oriented approach to field work.

This role could also serve as a Floater Tech role with travel to other sites at times in Jackson MS and Decatur AL!
