Job summary

D&L LLC, an industrial HVAC contractor serving manufacturing and facilities across the Southeast, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to keep commercial and industrial equipment running reliably.

This hands-on role emphasizes maintenance, diagnostics, and service calls, requiring strong problem-solving, safety awareness, and teamwork with plant maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC safety standards.
• Ability to work with plant maintenance teams on service calls.
• EPA Universal License.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play an important role in supporting customers' day-to-day operations by keeping commercial and industrial HVAC equipment running reliably. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and brings a responsive, service-oriented approach to field work.
