Job summary

D&L LLC, a leading industrial HVAC contractor, seeks an HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial facilities. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose problems, and respond to service calls to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and EPA Universal license. This on-site role includes a company truck and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play an important role in supporting customers' day-to-day operations by keeping commercial and industrial HVAC equipment running reliably. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and brings a responsive, service-oriented approach to field work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments

• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls
• EPA Universal License
