The HVAC Service Technician role focuses on keeping commercial and industrial equipment running reliably with hands-on problem solving and a service‑oriented approach.

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair systems, respond to service calls, and ensure safety standards are followed in field work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• Ability to work with plant maintenance teams on service calls.
• EPA Universal License.
