Job summary

Jackson Comfort in Northfield, OH is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain home systems. You’ll troubleshoot gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, perform preventive maintenance, and explain options to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Comfortable using electrical meters, manometers, refrigerant gauges, and combustion analyzers.
• Ability to diagnose systems before replacing parts.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification
• Experience with inverter-driven HVAC systems
• Experience using MeasureQuick or similar diagnostic software
• ServiceTitan experience
• Boiler service experience
