Tony's Plumbing, Heating, & Air is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians in Modesto, CA. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of residential systems, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and supporting the team in a growth-driven environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of proven experience as a residential HVAC Technician.
• EPA certification is required.
• Advance knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.

Responsibilities

• Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment.
• Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
• Recommend and sell additional services such as indoor air quality solutions and duct cleaning.
• Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the company brand by exceeding expectations.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and participate in paid training.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Participate in any paid training Tony's determines relevant to your HVAC technician role. These trainings may or may not be during normal work hours.

Qualifications:

At least five (5) years of proven experience as a residential HVAC Technician.

An EPA certification is required.

Advance knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles with the ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot.

Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be willing to undergo a background check.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service.

Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
