Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, expand services like IAQ, duct cleaning, and system upgrades, and maintain a high standard of safety and quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification required
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Commitment to ongoing education in HVAC field
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and safety-focused

Responsibilities:

• Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment.
• Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
• Recommend and sell additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the company brand by understanding and exceeding their expectations at every interaction.
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in any paid training Signature determines relevant to your HVAC technician role. These trainings may or may not be during normal work hours.

Qualifications:

• At least five (5) years of proven experience as a residential HVAC Technician.
• An EPA certification is required.
• Advanced knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles with the ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot.
• Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
