Job summary

We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in Murrieta, CA is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair on residential and commercial systems. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose failures and propose repair options.
• Conduct safety tests, including CO and gas leak checks.
• Communicate with homeowners about service status before and after visits.
• Assist with on-site payments and maintain truck inventory.

We are looking to bring on aHVAC Service Technicianto our team.The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. We are looking for both an experienced and entry level technicians.Paid training isincluded.Pay:Competitive Pay $85,000- 125,000+ earnings potential
