M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a family-owned team in Colorado. You’ll diagnose and repair residential systems, perform maintenance calls, and present repair options to homeowners.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Type II certification required.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
