Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and service calls

• Create accurate estimates and solutions
• Document work performed and recommendations
• Maintain truck inventory and equipment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing technical training

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Type II certification required
• EPA Universal certification preferred
• NATE certification preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000 USD
