MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical in Mission, KS, seeks an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential systems with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will perform service calls, educate homeowners, document findings, and maintain safety standards while growing your skills through training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• HVAC degree, certification, or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate HVAC tools, testing equipment, and service instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Perform service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommended solutions.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and industry standards.

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity and physical stamina required to safely perform HVAC service and repair tasks.
