Job summary

A#1 Air is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Lewisville, TX. You will clean, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, perform emergency repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will track work in ServiceTitan and communicate outcomes to customers.

Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience is required; EPA 608 Universal Certification is essential. A valid driver's license and a background/drug screen are required. Comprehensive benefits and performance-based pay available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan).
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance.
