Job summary

Legacy Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. You will work on air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage, performing repairs and information delivery to customers.

The role requires at least 2 years of field experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. Expect a focus on safety, quality service, and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening where allowed by law.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in ServiceTitan.
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products/services.

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance
