Job summary

A#1 Air, Inc. (Texas) is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician to join our maintenance team in Texas. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC systems for our customers, delivering reliable service and clear explanations of findings and solutions.

Requirements include at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA 608 Universal Certification, a valid U.S. driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance

Essential Job Functions
