Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends and emergency calls as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Own basic hand tools (PPE provided).

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and install a range of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, tuning, and system adjustments.
• Complete emergency and warranty repairs with professionalism and urgency.
• Interact with customers to explain findings and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
