Job summary

You will troubleshoot and service large-scale HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, discuss repairs with customers, and help optimize system performance while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems that are not working and replace defective parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance to verify proper operation and detect potential issues for customers.
• Act as trusted adviser to recommend repairs and upgrades.
• Discuss pricing, value, and advantages of recommended repairs and upgrades.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.
• Perform related work as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE JOB:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Preferred 6 yrs. experience specific to the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
• Possess your own basic hand tools.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from specifications and drawings.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, or stand, lift and move heavy objects.
• Ability to work on-call.
• Knowledge of the following:
