IT Landes Company, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global, seeks a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and advise customers on repairs and upgrades. You will discuss pricing and strengthen customer relationships while working with a team that values growth and employee ownership.

The role includes responsibilities such as on-call work, using your own basic hand tools, and leveraging HVAC knowledge to deliver reliable service

Qualifications

• 6+ years HVAC industry experience.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Ability to read, understand and work from specifications and drawings.
• On-call availability.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems not working and replace defective parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment.
• Recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades to customers.
• Discuss pricing, value, and advantages of recommended repairs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE JOB:

Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems that are not working and replace parts that are defective. Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to verify proper. current operation and to watch for potential problems on behalf of our customers. Act as a trusted adviser to recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades to our customers. Discuss pricing, value, and advantages of recommended appropriate repairs and upgrades. Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations. Perform related work as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Preferred 6 yrs. experience specific to the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
• Possess your own basic hand tools.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from specifications and drawings.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, or stand, lift and move heavy objects.
• Ability to work on-call.
• Knowledge of the following:
• Roof top unit
• Cooling tower
• Chillers
• Heat Pumps
• Air conditioners
• Hydronic systems
• Geothermal units
• Gas Furnaces & gas boilers
• Oil furnaces and oil boilers
