Hagler Heating and Cooling is actively seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our Ozark team. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and guide homeowners through the best solutions for their systems, backed by company support and ongoing training.

Qualified candidates will have HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong diagnostic skills. This full-time role offers a take-home company vehicle, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• At least 1 year of residential HVAC service experience or comparable technical training.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Solid diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to homeowners.
• Reliable, professional approach to customer service and workmanship.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing your HVAC skills.

Responsabilidades

Hagler Heating and Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our established team in Ozark. This is an opportunity for an experienced technician to diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and build lasting relationships with homeowners-all while having the equipment, training, and support to do the job right.

Your Role

You’ll travel to residential customers' homes to diagnose HVAC issues, complete repairs, and help homeowners understand the best solutions for their systems. You’ll be expected to combine strong technical ability with professional, customer-focused service.
