$20–$24/hour + Sales Commissions

Earning Potential: $55,000–$100,000+ Annually, Based on Performance

You're an experienced HVAC technician. You diagnosed the situations, you created the customer relationships, and then you handed the replacement opportunities to someone else?

At Ozarks Aire Serv, we're looking for an expert HVAC service technicians to fill our roles of HVAC Solutions Specialist.This person understands the seasonality of our industry, can pivot conversation from repair to replace when appropriate and wants to take full ownership of the customer experience while increasing their earning potential.

The Opportunity: Diagnose It. Present It. Sell It.

Unlike traditional service positions where replacement opportunities are handed off to a salesperson, you'll have the opportunity to manage the customer experience from diagnosis through the repair-or-replacement decision. Additionally, you will field new customer replacement requests with the attention to the details of a senior technician.

In this role we ask that when a repair makes sense, make the repair. When replacement is the better customer investment, you'll have the opportunity to present and sell the system yourself.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $20–$24/hour, based on experience, qualifications and service history.
• 4%–10% commission on HVAC replacement sales, based on equipment package tiers and/or lead type.
• 10% commission on service calls for qualifying add-ons, accessories, and indoor air quality solutions.
• No cap on eligible sales commissions.
• Paid technical and sales development training.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Evaluate equipment condition, age, repair costs, and replacement considerations.
• Educate homeowners and present appropriate repair, improvement, and replacement options.
• Present replacement proposals, pricing, and available financing options.
• Manage qualified replacement opportunities and customer follow-up.
• Partner with Inside Sales Reps to breathe life back into old estimates.
• Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Document service activity, estimates, and customer communications in Service Titan.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. “You’ve seen it and done it right!”
• EPA Section 608 certification appropriate to the work performed.
• Confidence communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions.
• Motivation to develop sales skills and increase earnings through performance.
• Commitment to ethical recommendations, quality workmanship and follow up.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
