Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (tech, repair, or maintenance)
• Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems
• EPA certification preferred; TD LR preferred; clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC)
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, airflow testing, refrigerant charging, and system evaluations
• Evaluate and recommend IAQ solutions (air filtration, purification, humidity control)
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service for optimal performance
• Identify issues and propose repair or replacement options
• Ensure work complies with standards, specs, and local codes
• Explain conditions, options, and recommendations to homeowners
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every service call

Responsibilities

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting, electriacl diagnostics, airflow testing, refriferant charging and systems performance evaluations
• Evaluate and recommend Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions, including air filtration, purification, humidity control, and other products that improve indoor comfort and air quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service to ensure optimal system performance.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions.
• Complete all work in compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every service call.

Qualifications

What You Need

• 3+ years of residential HVAC Service Tech, HVAC Technician, HVAC Repair Tech, Heating and Air Conditioning Tech or Residential Service Tech experience
• Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related comfort systems
• EPA certification universal & TDLR preferred
• Clean driving record and dependable transportation
• Able to navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging work areas safely
• Capable of handling the physical demands of the trade, including lifting and carrying HVAC materials and equipment
