Job summary

Brown Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment in Birmingham, AL. The role offers uncapped pay potential with an hourly wage plus commission and a full benefits package.

You will present equipment recommendations, prioritize customer satisfaction, and participate in ongoing training and safety programs. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00+ per year

• HVAC Service: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
