We are seeking qualified HVAC Technicians with strong communication skills to service clients across the Greater Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the HVAC industry, be able to work in a team environment, and perform duties including troubleshooting, maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and installation of air conditioning and heating equipment. This is not an entry-level position.

Salary

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The current pay range is $30 - $55+ per hour. Our compensation package includes an hourly rate and generous performance-based incentives. Additional monthly companywide contests offer cash prizes.

Job Description

1. Repair, install, and maintain air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
2. Quote and sell equipment to clients.
3. Explain the benefits of maintenance contracts to current customers to ensure longevity of products. Perform preventative maintenance to protect customer investments.
4. Discuss various heating and cooling options with clients to help determine the best solution for their situation.
5. Troubleshoot system issues as problems arise.
6. Use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, voltage, and current meters.
7. Work independently or as part of a team to identify and resolve problems in the field.
