Job Description

We're looking for a strong self-starter with 5+ years of field experience in HVAC service and installation to join our team!

We are an established family-owned business that's been serving the area for over 40 years. We have many long-term customers that we value, as well as new customers as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Enjoy working with customers and provide excellent customer service through quality communication.
• Installation and service of HVAC and IAQ equipment.
• Provide estimates and proposals for sales leads via company provided operating system and sales platform.
• Sell projects to maintain install schedule.
• Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts and equipment are stocked.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, company uniforms, and other related company property.
• Electronically submit paperwork related to completion of job duties.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Assist in other business functions as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years minimum field experience with residential HVAC installation and service (not including school).
• Sales experience.
• Proficient in mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well groomed with a neat appearance.
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment and tools.
• Ability to write and speak English clearly.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Agree to drug testing.
