Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical is growing, and we’re looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Annapolis team. You’ll run your own truck, diagnose HVAC issues, educate customers, and deliver 100% satisfaction every day.

As a Service Tech, you’ll mentor apprentices, maintain your vehicle and tools, and help us deliver clean, professional service while meeting local codes. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis and repair.
• EPA Universal license required; we can help obtain if needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you love diagnosing HVAC issues, providing customers with solutions, and working in a fast-paced, positive environment, this is the role for you. As a Service Tech, you’ll run your own truck, mentor apprentices, and help us deliver 100% customer satisfaction every day.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis, and repair (must have run your own truck)

• Certification: EPA Universal license required (we can help you get it if needed)

• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently

• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations

• Detail-Oriented: Organized, thorough, and committed to doing the job right the first time

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen

Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
