Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour + spiffs

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a rotating on-call schedule

• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
• Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE Certification
