Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to operate equipment and power tools
• Physical ability to work in uncomfortable spaces
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Personable with good communication skills to explain technical recommendations
• Willingness to adapt to company processes and procedures
• EPA Certification
• Prior experience as lead technician preferred; otherwise, apply for the apprentice position
• NATE Certifications are favorable
• Strong desire to improve as a technician
