Job Description

We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a rotating on-call schedule
• Benefits include: Colonial Life Insurance, dental, life, and accidental insurance, 40 hours of vacation, 6 paid holidays + flex days, 401K

Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
2. Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
3. Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
4. Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
5. Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
2. EPA Certification.
3. Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification.
