Hearn Plumbing & Heating in Madison, OH is hiring HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians. No prior HVAC experience is required; successful candidates will service, repair and recommend equipment while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and local codes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and drug test.
• Trade school and EPA Universal certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit Madison, OH clients to service, repair, and propose HVAC equipment replacements.
• Follow manufacturer recommendations and comply with local codes.
• Represent Hearn Plumbing, Heating, & Air professionally while building trust with customers.

Skills / Qualifications:

• A good attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached/mentored.
• Must be customer-service focused & have experience interacting with people (phone or in-person).
• Prior sales experience or background in selling products/services PLUS, not required.
• Must take pride in your work!
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Previous experience in HVAC as a Technician is a HUGE PLUS, not required.
• Prior trade school and/or EPA Universal certification a plus!
• Basic understanding of math/arithmetic.
• Flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
