Qualifications

• Must be customer-service focused and able to interact with people both on the phone and in person.
• No HVAC experience required, motivation to learn and grow in the trade.
• Prior sales is a plus but not required; strong attitude matters.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and drug test.
• Trade school and EPA Universal certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit Madison, OH clients to service, repair, and propose HVAC equipment replacements.
• Follow manufacturer recommendations and comply with local codes.
• Represent Hearn Plumbing, Heating, & Air professionally while building trust with customers.
