C&C Myers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a sales mindset to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems. You will work directly with customers, explain issues and solutions, and recommend products for optimal performance.

The role requires EPA Universal or Type II certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Comprehensive benefits, weekly pay, and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Universal or EPA Type II certification required; NATE is a plus.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and practical application on each job.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems – air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with applicable appliance standards and safety regulations.
• Track repairs and work in Service Titan; communicate issues and outcomes to customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems – air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issues, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

What You Need:

• Must have 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Must have EPA Universal or EPA Type II certification. NATE certification is a plus!
• Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
• Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• C&C Myers may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
