Maynor Service Company is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain residential and light commercial systems across Guilford and Alamance counties. Join a team that values your expertise and supports a long-term career with strong customer service.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and refrigerant issues, and clearly explain options to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.
• NATE Certification is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep customers comfortable year-round.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues with confidence.
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
• Complete service calls accurately while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit.
